US Domestic Shipping
rebel + dart currently ships within the state of Florida. We are working to expand our reach and will let you know when this changes.
Bottle Return Program
With every bottle shipment we include a free return slip. We ask that once you are finished with your product, you ship the bottle, tin or container back to us. Not only can we sanitize and re-use them, but this helps eliminate waste from our environment. You can even save the original shipment packages and mail the bottles back to us that way. For every container returned, you will get 10% off your next order. For those products that don’t arrive in reusable containers, we humbly ask that you recycle or compost the materials.
Speed of Delivery
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Orders typically deliver within 3-7 business days from when we ship your order.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by the carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, please pass it along to a friend, family member or colleague.
Returned Packages
If your package was not successfully delivered to you and “Returned to Sender” is stated on your tracking information, your package will be sent back to rebel + dart. This can happen if:
The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be re-stocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or re-ship in these instances. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. Please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your re-order.
Refunds
In the event that a product arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, we will send replacements if reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. Please email rebelanddart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged/missing/incorrect item(s), the shipping box, a description of the issue and your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. In the event that an item is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card or a refund at the customer's discretion.
